Yahoo voice unavailable from 28 feb to 1 march

Just opened my yahoo messenger today and found this note from yahoo ” Y! voice will be unavailable between feb 28th 9pm pst and march 1st 1AM pst . we apologize for any inconvenience.” and when i click on this not it turning me to this page Sorry, Unable to process request at this time — error 999. what do you think yahoo do this 2 days ?
