what does the new health care reform bill mean for you and your family? The Health Care bill is to help the uninsured Americans to a great extent. They would be able to purchase insurance through state based exchanges. A total of $1 billion is allotted for the territories between 2014 and 2019 for this purpose.The residents of Guam and the U.S. territories will be benefited by this health care reform as it will reduce the federal deficit, providing support through Medicaid program and control medical costs to improve quality of health care.
