Tartars Turkish Salad

1/4 kg raw Tahini
2 cups yogurt
3 tomatoes (roasted in the oven and free of the outer shell and soft)
5 tablespoons parsley fine
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
- In a deep bowl add the ingredients above.
- Mix well with manual or electric bat and put salt and pepper.
- Served cold and decorated with a little soft pine or parsley and olive oil.
