Steps to help you sleep and relax
- let your night routine out, such as watching several films and series, or sit for long periods of time on the computer
- Closer to the night be away from drinking coffee, tea, soda, cocoa and all the things that contain caffeine and stimulants ratios
- Turn off the computer and television and anything else may make you sit in front of for long periods or may help you to stay attentive .
- Have a light dinner and don’t eat to much
- Then open the curtains, which share a room so you feel the sun when it rises
- Select something you love to do so and decided that you will do as soon as you wake up, such as browsing a web site or chatting your friends with a cup of hot coffee
