Mineral-rich foods is important for building a child’s body

A recent report showed the importance of addressing metals for the building of a child’s body, that one of every five children in England aged between 10 and 12 months have lower rate of eating foods that contain minerals.
The report pointed out that among the foods that contain minerals necessary for building a child’s body, chicken, carrots, potatoes and red meat also which are an essential source of minerals for children, as well as salmon, which contain the necessary minerals for the growth of the child’s mind and to protect the nervous system.
