Initially the airline reported that there were no reports of injury but other reports that dozens of passengers were injured. It is unknown why the airline overran the runway, but it did make a safe stop, according to the airline. The passengers are now off the plane, according to the airline.
The existing injuries are not known till now and the passengers, who were getting off the airplane, were bleeding mostly from the higher parts of their bodies.
Some 400 passengers were waiting for their flights to be cleared for takeoff.
