French man arrested after targeting twitter account of President Barack Obama and singer Britney Spears and he was going to stole more accounts.
he was able to do that after he got the password for one of the administrators of Twitter who have had the access to modify and delete accounts of any twitter users and thus able to easily target specific accounts and capture passwords and change them.
FBI and French police collaboration leaded to find and arresting him.
