National Center for Sleep Disorders in the United States provided a warning of excessive caffeine intake, and develop a set of symptoms, which was spotted in the center, which appear when the excessive consumption of caffeine, including:
- Reduction in the degree of precision in motor coordination.
- Inability to sleep in a timely manner to sleep every day.
- Headache, and anxiety.
- Increasing the emotion and feeling dizzy.
- The feeling of speed irritability.
- Increased heart rate.
- Excessive urination.
- The feeling of frustration and depression as soon as the low level of caffeine, because the body has to get back on a regular level of caffeine.
