Cranberry juice strengthens memory




A scientific study revealed that cranberry juice helps improve memory. The study included 16 people, average age 78 years, and 9 of the participants drank two cups of cranberry juice a day for 12 weeks, while 7 others address juice sweet and placebo.

The participants were suffering from problems related to cognitive aging, and older, showed people who drank cranberry juice better results in tests of memory compared to other participants who did not take of cranberry juice.
