charlie sheen arrested Spends Christmas In Jail

Early Friday morning, the Aspen Police Department responded to a 911 call of domestic violence. Sheen, 44, listed as Carlos Irwin Estevez in the police report, was placed under arrest on charges of second degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief. All charges are connected to domestic violence, according to the police report.
According to the statement, the victim in the incident did not require transportation to the hospital.
Sheen has a $8,500 bond but must remain in jail until his first court appearance, a standard procedure, accordng to the Sheriff’s Department statement.
