can’t change domain name in godaddy search engine visibility account

hello guys, few weeks ago i have purchased search engine visibility from go-daddy to one of my blogs it cost me 30$.the blog i purchased search engine visibility for it was in unsupported language So I’m shocked because i will face problems due to unsupported language so I can not take advantage of all features in search engine visibility .
here is godaddy reply
